Hello Coffee Lovers!
Can you believe it, March is finally here. In Minnesota that doesn’t necessarily mean spring, but it is one step closer to May, when spring actually starts. So, to celebrate the idea, in lieu of the reality, of spring, we have some drink specials, featuring our spring flavor, lavender.
We also are featuring a couple of single origins in March, namely Honduras and Guatemala.
The Honduras is from the CAFESCOR association, which stands for Cafés Especiales Corquin, a certified-organic Fairtrade association of 131 producers that was founded in 2014 in Lempira, Honduras. The cup is clean and savory with herbal, almond, and cocoa flavors. Click here Honduras Corquin FTO for more information or to purchase whole bean on our online stores.
The Guatemala is from the ASPROCDEGUA farm (Asociación de Productores de Café Diferenciados y Especiales de Guatemala), and is an FTO (fair trade organic) coffee from the Huehuetenango region. The cup is sweet and citric with cocoa and chocolate flavors. Click here Guatemala ASPROCDEGUA for more information or to purchase whole bean on our online store.
