Hello Mugby Friends,
As we all wonder what the next few months have in store for us, with upended work, school and traditions, we want to keep you updated regarding how Covid is affecting the Mugby cafe and drive through.
It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing that the Huff St cafe will be closing again, starting Thanksgiving day and running through January 8th, with a tentative reopening date of Saturday, January 9th. With Winona State University closing to all except essential personnel, coupled with the governor’s latest executive order closing all dine-in, remaining open has become untenable. We know this is only temporary while we weather the worst of this storm, but also feel it is in the best interest of both community health and the long-term health of Mugby.
In the meantime, the Mankato Avenue drive through is still open and ready for business! During this holiday season, we will have some modified hours around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, which we’ve noted below. Otherwise, we will be operating on our normal, winter hours.
